I’m excited to share this platform as a way to showcase my progress in baking, other home bakers, and small businesses that sell products in our community! Moreover, I am passionate about advocacy for food conservation and preserving the environment!
Additionally, through this blog, I’ll share my recipes, my favorite recipes from other bakers, and my thoughts regarding key issues in the food industry. Feel free to contact me if you have any thoughts/suggestions!
My Story:
My interest in baking started when my aunt introduced me to baking when I was six. I am an avid fan of The Great British Bake Show and Oggarane Dabbi, a Kannada TV show, where guests from amateur home cooks to doctors share how to prepare their recipes. By watching recipes online and observing my parents, I started to try out my own recipes, starting from the basic chocolate chip cookie all the way to gobi manchurian, bruschetta with homemade ciabatta bread, and a layered, celebration carrot cake. During the COVID-19 quarantine, I had more time on my hands to try out new recipes, so I started the Tea Sesh with Suresh on Instagram as a way to share my progress during the times of uncertainty.
